Registration of podiatrists in New Zealand is the responsibility of the Podiatrists Registration Board. On the Registration Board’s website you will find information on how to search the register and how to apply for registration in New Zealand, as well as a lot of other very useful information.
Podiatry New Zealand Membership
Membership of Podiatry New Zealand is open to any registered Podiatrist. The fees schedule is as follows:
For the 2008/09 year, practitioners who work less than 15 hours per week and those who wish to apply for reduced subscriptions because of hardship, apply as full-time practitioners. From 01 June 2009 there will be no part-time option available. At the time of application a member may request a reduced subscription. All applications for reduced subscriptions will be considered by the Executive on a case-by-case basis.
